| SUSTAINABLITY is
the defining characteristic of the BaySystems and GE SPF Roof
System. This is a ‘life of the building’s
roof system and is the last roof that needs to be put on a building.
After 15 or 20 years (which ever warranty period selected),
BaySystems will come out and inspect the roof system and take
topcoat samples from various areas of the roof. If the silicone
topcoat millimeter thickness is adequate to continue to protect
the Sprayed Polyurethane Foam, BaySystems will extend the warranty
for an additional 10 years and will continue to do this INDEFINITELY.
If the analysis determines that a GE silicone topcoat re-application
is necessary to continue to protect the foam, you only have
the expense of a silicone topcoat re-spray at a fraction of
the cost of a new roof. BaySystems will then extend their warranty
for an additional 10 years and this silicone topcoat re-application
is all that is necessary to continue to have BaySystems extend
their warranty INDEFINITELY! Also, the silicone top-coat re-spray
becomes cumulative meaning there may be some warranty periods
which do not require additional silicone build-up. |
